dc.description.abstractDrug management includes planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and documentation and reporting is one of the Pematangsiantar Health Office duty, in this case is Pharmacy Warehouse. Poor drug management will have a negative impact on the health services quality. This study aimed to analyze the drug management of Pharmacy Warehouse of Pematangsiantar Health Office in 2018 and 2019. The study was conducted in January-March 2020. This study was descriptive research with quantitative data obtained retrospectively and concurrently, qualitative data obtained through observation and interview by the informants. The data obtained were analyzed using indicators and compared to standard research results The results showed that the planning, procurement, storage, distribution, and documentation and reporting of drug in the Pharmaceutical Warehouse of Pematangsiantar Health Office have not fully accordance with indicator standard. This was indicated by the 13 indicators have not accordance the standard, namely the planning accuracy, planning deviation percentage, procurement frequency of each item per year, percentage of drug procurement fund allocation, percentage of essential drug procurement, percentage of the number of items held with planned, percentage of the expired/ damaged drugs number and value, drug storage system, availability level, deviations in the amount of drugs distributed, average time of drug emptiness, Inventory Turn Over Ratio (ITOR), percentage of LPLPO delivery accuracy and there were 3 indicators have accordance with standard, namely the compatibility of drug items available with DOEN, dead drug stock and percentage of similarity the number of real and stock cards. The conclusion of this study is that drug management in the Pharmacy Warehouse is not in accordance with drug management standards.en_US
