Potensi Taman Seribu Bunga Desa Wisata Raya sebagai Daya Tarik Wisata Berbasis Masyarakat di Kabupaten Karo

Abstract

Taman Seribu Bunga is a tourist attraction that has the potential to be developed. It can be seen from the attractions there, such as fertile soil, various flowers, bamboo towers that resemble the Eiffel Tower, bridges that resemble the Barlang bridge and photo spots. others can also be used as agro-tourism that is developing in Raya Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of Taman Seribu Bunga Village, Wisata Raya Village as a Community-Based Tourism Attraction in Karo District and to determine the role of the Village Community in supporting the development of the Potential of Taman Seribu Bunga, Desa Wisata Raya as a Community-Based Tourism Attraction in Karo District. The research method carried out by researchers is descriptive research to obtain the required data and information sourced from the tourist destinations studied by direct interviews with the manager at Taman Seribu Bunga tourism in order to provide an objective fact. The activities that can be carried out at Taman Seribu Bunga are very diverse according to the 3A in tourist attraction, namely something to see, something to do, something to buy. The role of the community in the development of the Tourism Village and Taman Seribu Bunga has also gone quite well. The condition of the road to the village is quite good, but there is a lack of public transportation to get to Taman Seribu Bunga.
