Drip irrigation is a system of providing water to plants using an application tool (applicator, emission device) that can provide water with a low discharge and high frequency (almost continuously) around plant roots. The water pressure that enters the application tool is about 1.0 bar and is discharged at a near-zero pressure to get a continuous drip and a low discharge. So that drip irrigation is classified as low pressure irrigation. In drip irrigation, soil moisture levels at an optimum level can be maintained. The research method used is experimental methods and field observations to determine the efficiency of drip irrigation using emitters from infusion hoses on chicory plants (Brassica juncea L.). The research parameters observed were; Analysis of soil physical properties, water uniformity, plant evapotranspiration, water use efficiency, water storage efficiency, plant dry weight.en_US
