Partisipasi Masyarakat Lokal dalam Pengembangan Wisata Budaya di Desa Tomok Parsaoran Kabupaten Samosir Kecamatan Simanindo
Abstract
A tourism village is a place that has certain characteristics and values as an attraction, both about rural life and its uniqueness or uniqueness. In addition, the Tourism Village is a Village that has independence because its potential has been managed appropriately by involving the participation of the local community. Any problems that occur based on this fact are the authors interested in conducting an in-depth study of the development of a Tourism Village and community participation. The purpose of this study was to describe the forms and stages of local community participation in the development of cultural tourism in Tomok Parsaoran village. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data in the field shows that there is community participation in the form of Mind, Energy, Money, and Social Media carried out by the community in the development of a Cultural Tourism Village, as well as stages of community participation carried out such as the Planning Stage, Implementation Stage, and Operational Stage. So from this study it can be concluded that community participation in the development of Cultural Tourism in Tomok Parsaoran Village, Samosir District, Simanindo District is carried out by the community in the forms and stages of community participation to improve village quality as an effort in developing tourism villages.
