The filter hole is one of the main components in the mung bean extractor maker, where the filter hole acts as a filter for the mung bean extract so that the mung bean juice becomes perfect. This study was aimed to examine the variation of the diameter of the filter hole in a mung bean juice extractor. The parameters observed were the effective capacity of the device, the percentage of uncut material, the percentage of filtered dregs and the organoleptic test. The highest effective capacity of the tool was in filter hole size of 2,5 mm (D3) with an average value of 16.67 L / hour, and the lowest was in the filter hole size of 1.5 mm (D1) with an average value of 13.33 L / hour. The highest percentage of uncut material was found in D3 treatment that was 0.64% and the lowest was in D1 treatment 0.3%. The highest percentage of pulp left behind was at D3 treatment that was 21% and the lowest mean value at D1 treatment was 4.3%. The organoleptic test showed that the best treatment was on D1 treatment with taste (4.28), texture (4.04), and aroma (4,5).en_US
