dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of processing cassava
derivative products into opak and to find out how much the added value of
processing casava derivative products into opak in the research area.
The determination of the research location is carried out purposively, sample
determination technique used the census method, and samples totaled 30
manufacturers. There are 5 types of opak, they are opak cangkir, opak piring, opak
koin, opak rol and mi yeye. The analysis method used in this study is the Hayami
Method to analyze the amount of added value in cassava that is processed into opak.
The results showed that the production process of cassava processing into opak
was carried out in several stages, namely skin stripping, shredding, boiling,
grinding, printing, drying and packaging.
The added value obtained from the processing of cassava into opak in the research
area had a low ratio of 22.90%. The income obtained from the processing of
cassava becomes opak per profitable manufacturer is Rp247,531,08 in one
