Stress is related to lifestyle, stress for a long time will have a negative impact on the body, one of which can interfere with the aldosterone glands which function to regulate fluid and electrolyte levels in the body. Dehydration is a condition in which a person loses excessive amounts of body fluids. As a result of dehydration can cause a person to experience a decrease or even lose focus which can have a negative impact on himself and others. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a research and development approach which resulted in a product concept in the form of a stress and dehydration detector. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the tool can work in accordance with the principles that the researchers conceptualized. In dehydration measurements, the results obtained are expressed in the description «Dehydration» or «Normal». Individuals with naturally dry skin may not get an accurate reading using the GSR sensor. This research contributes to the development of stress and dehydration detection devices that can be used widely. The information obtained from this tool can assist individuals in monitoring and managing their health conditions. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the stress and dehydration detection tool developed using the quasi-experimental method with a research and development approach succeeded in achieving its goals. This research can provide an important contribution in the development of stress and dehydration detection tools that can be used widely. The information obtained from this tool can assist individuals in monitoring and managing their health conditions. Overall, this study concluded that the developed stress and dehydration detection tool has the potential to be a useful tool in monitoring and managing individual health conditions.en_US
