Observations have been made on the effect of the length of storage of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) on free fatty acid levels (%ALB) at the PKS Bah Jambi. The analysis results obtained for free fatty acid levels were obtained using the acid-base titration (neutralisation) method. The results of the acquisition of free fatty acid levels were carried out based on the length of storage of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) for four days, for the analysis of free fatty acid levels in CPO that had been stored for four days obtained average results of 2.96%, 3.30%, 3.31% and 3.35% which still meet the requirements of palm oil quality standards set by the company which is below 5.0%. And the results of the analysis of pressan dregs were obtained using the FOOS NIR DA 1650 tool.
