| dc.description.abstract | Water is a very basic need for human life. All activities require water, especially clean water for drinking, cooking and washing. The availability of clean water is limited due to poor human treatment in maintaining the sustainability of water sources so that water quality decreases. Pollution due to domestic waste such as rubbish, where decomposed waste produces leachate which contains organic substances. Meanwhile, the need for clean water continues to increase as the population increases every year. This study aims to analyse the levels of organic substances in clean water samples at the Environmental Health and Disease Control Engineering Center (BTKLPP). The titrimetric method developed is using general quantitative chemical analysis in determining the concentration of an analyte. The analysis results showed 6.0 mg/L in test sample number 242; 5.9 mg/L in test sample number 265; 6.0 mg/L in test sample number 266; 6.0 mg/L in test sample number 275, and 6.1 mg/L in test sample number 276. The levels of organic substances are declared to still meet the quality standards in accordance with the requirements according to PERMENKES No.32 of 2017 with the maximum limit of organic substance levels set at 10 mg/L. | en_US |
