dc.description.abstract | Kingdom is the highest taxonomic level in the classification system of living things.
Classification systems are grouped based on the characteristics of living things. There
are five kingdoms that are widely recognized in biology, namely monera, protista,
fungi, plantae and animalia. The problem often encountered in studying kingdoms is
the lack of application of imagination with information books or textbooks commonly
given at school. This makes it difficult for students to receive information and
understand learning about the kingdom of living things. The purpose of this research
is to simulate the augmented reality method as one of the learning media to students to
add student interest in this kingdom material. The way this augmented reality method
works is by displaying the 3D design of each organism object using the target image
that has been provided. So that students can realize directly how the condition,
structure or shape of the kingdom. At the end of the research that has been done, the
conclusion is that this kingdom application can be used as a medium for learning
