Implementasi Metode User Centereed Design pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip Dokumen PT Nabila Berkah Konsultan Berbasis Web

Abstract

The current information system has undergone many changes and developments. Daily activities that used to be done manually and traditionally are now mostly done with the help of information systems. In graduation registration, many processes are still carried out manually and traditionally, resulting in a lack of flexibility between students and campus administration officers. This is of course a drawback that must be overcome. Therefore, an information system is needed that can assist the process of implementing graduation registration and alumni archives on campus. In the development of this information system, the basis chosen for development is a website. The development method used to develop this information system is the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The UCD approach focuses on user involvement in the development stage. Testing of this development is done by Usability Test. From the test results, we get a pretty good usability score on indicators of efficiency, accuracy, effectiveness, and user friendliness.
