Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT PP London Sumatra TBK Rambung Sialang Estate Kecamatan Sei Rampah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai Studi Kasus : Divisi 01 Egaharap

Abstract

Tobit regression is a regression analysis used to approach the problem of the dependent variable which due to its limited nature becomes a zero value for some observations and a positive value for the next. This study aims to determine how the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance. The sampling method of this research is Stratified Random Sampling. The performance in question is the result of work in quantity and quality achieved by an employee in carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities. The total sample used was 52 employees of Division 01 Egaharap. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between work motivation and employee performance, between the work environment and employee performance and there was a partial and simultaneous effect between employee performance and employee motivation and work environment. Based on the Tobit regression analysis, motivation and work environment affect employee performance or 0.0839%, while the remaining 99.91% is influenced by other variables that are not in research on motivation and work environment on employee performance.
