Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement a website-based library information system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the book borrowing process. This information system is designed to facilitate students in borrowing books online. This study uses a system development approach which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. This website-based library information system has the main features, namely the display of book catalogs and descriptions of books. This website-based library information system is expected to provide benefits to schools in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the process of borrowing books, making it easy for students and library staff.
