Abstract

The objectives of this research are to analyse the level of income inequality in the community in the village, and to analyze the efforts to overcome the income inequality. The determination of the research area is done by using Purposive method. The method of this research is Gini ratio method. The finding out of this research is the level of income inequality of the community in the village categorized as low. The efforts that can be made to overcome the income inequality are by giving educational assistance and financial assistance for the community in the village to help them earn better income
