    Abstract
    The purpose of making this Final Report is to get the hardware arrangement (hardware) and software (software) of the system to be built, develop the application Visual Basic 6.0 for Controlling Home Electronics Appliances-Based Visual Basic 6.0 Program. Methods used in Controlling Household Electronics Appliances Based on Visual Basic Program 6. Household Electronics Controller Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Program consists of Microcontroller ATMega 8, Transistor, which serves to enable the relay in order to work on / off, Relay, which serves to switching, Resistor that serves to limit the amount of current flowing in a circuit, Personal computer (PC), serves to control the system as a whole. Based on the test results that have been done in hardware there is a power button that is used for on / off circuit power supply.
     
    Tujuan dari pembuatan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mendapatkan susunan perangkat keras (hardware) dan perangkat lunak (software) dari sistem yang akan dibangun, mengembangkan aplikasi Visual Basic 6.0 untuk Mengontrol Peralatan Elektronika Rumah Tangga Berbasis Program Visual Basic 6.0. Metode yang digunakandalamMengontrol Peralatan Elektronika Rumah Tangga Berbasis Program Visual Basic 6. Pengontrol Peralatan Elektronika Rumah Tangga Berbasis Program Visual Basic 6.0 terdiri dari Mikrokontroller ATMega 8, Transistor, yang berfungsi untuk mengaktifkan relay agar dapat bekerja on/off, Relay, yang berfungsi untuk pensaklaran, Resistor yang berfungsi untuk membatasi jumlah arus yang mengalir dalam suatu rangkaian, Personal computer (PC), berfungsi untuk mengendalikan system secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dalam hardware terdapat tombol power yang digunakan untuk on/off power supply kerangkaian.
