dc.description.abstractHoney is one of the ingredients that is widely consumed and has many benefits to increase endurance made by honey bees and some other insects, bees produce honey from nectar or flower extract. Honey contains sugar and high nutritional value, apart from sugar other components contained in honey are mineral, polyphenols, vitamins, amino acids, carotenoids, enzymes, organic acids and volatile compounds. At this time honey has been found in the market. To find out the authenticity of the honey, a tool has been made to detect sugar levels in honey, a tool that is made can measure the glucose and fructose contained in the honey. The sensor that gives a high response to each sample is the conductivity sensor which gives a high response to samples of original honey, Tj honey and mixed honey. From the measurement results on the Forest honey sample, the fructose value was 40% and the glucose value was 30%. From this value it is categorized as real honey, from the measurement results on the TJ honey sample, it gets a fructose value of 40% and a glucose value of 30%. From this value it is categorized as pure honey and, from the measurement results on the mixed honey sample, a fructose value of 183% and a glucose value of 173% are obtained. From this value it is not categorized as real honey.en_US
