dc.description.abstractThe application of communication ethics at the Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center in the Building and Electrical Sector, how communication is applied so that the agency runs well and can achieve the desired vision and mission and remains within the ethics and regulations applied. The research method used is a questionnaire by asking a few questions. regarding the application of communication ethics, the satisfaction of guests who come when communicating with the agency and what guests want can be fulfilled or not the communication ethics used at the Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center for Building and Electrical Fields are very good and very regular in use in an agency also in serving guests who come to visit the institution the Center for Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Building and Electrical Sector can provide more communication skills training to employees so that employees can be more confident in communicating inside and outside the agencyen_US
