Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence job satisfaction, organizational culture and motivation have on the organizational commitment of employees of the Center for Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Building and Electrical Sector. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with the method used is by survey. It is designed to obtain information about symptoms at the time the study is conducted. The results showed that the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and motivation on the organizational commitment of employees of the Center for Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Building and Electrical Sector, based on partial multiple regression tests was as follows: First, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment employee. Second, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Third, motivation has no positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment.
