The study aims to determine the effect of service quality, namely tangble physical evidence) reliability (reliability), empathy (empathy), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) on student satisfaction Diploma III Study Program Secretariat. This type of research is empirical research. The population in this study were Diploma III Secretariat Study Program Students with 70 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires Data analysis was carried out using the Guttman scale. The results showed that Tangible (physical evidence), Reliability (reliability). Empathy (Empathy). Respons (Responsiveness)). Assurance (Assurance) have a positive effect on student satisfaction.
