Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the role of the Batu Bara Regency government in supporting historical beach development for the 2018-2023 period. This thesis aims to explain the political frame factors of the Batu Bara Regency government for the 2018-2023 period in the development of historical beaches. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that is directed at providing facts or events in a systematic and accurate manner regarding the nature of the research and analyzing it based on the data obtained. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and through literature study. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it shows that there is an interest in the government of Batu Bara Regency for the 2018-2023 period in the development of historical beaches such as becoming the political marketing of the Batu Bara Regent for the 2018-2023 period which aims to show and build a good image in society and to compare himself as different from the others.
