Peran Komunikasi dalam Membangun Hubungan Kerja yang Harmonis di Kadin Sumut

Abstract

This final assignment discusses the role of communication in building harmonious working relationships at the North Sumatra Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN). Effective and timely communication has a central role in developing harmonious working relationships. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through questionnaires with North Sumatra Kadin staff. The research results show that vertical, horizontal and diagonal communication plays an important role in building a harmonious working relationship. Good communication reflects an organization's commitment to supporting employees and creating a healthy and meaningful work environment. Obstacles such as barriers to the flow of information, and lack of communication skills often hinder such efforts. In order to utilize the results of this research, it is suggested that the North Sumatra Kadin and similar organizations can be more focused and try to maintain and create effective communication. Implementing more effective and inclusive communication, both internally and externally, can help create a more harmonious, productive and sustainable work environment.
