A Description of The Main Characters’ Conflict in Korean Drama Red Ballon

Abstract

This paper describes the character conflict of Korean drama. This paper describes the internal conflict and external conflict of the main character in the Korean Drama Red Ballon. The method used by the author is the descriptive qualitative method. The author searches and collects data related to the Korean Drama Red Ballon. The writer also watched and listened to the script and classification script of the main characters’ conflict. Then the writer describes the main character’s conflict in Korean Drama Red Ballon. Conflict is divided into two, namely, Internal and External. the main characters who have conflicts are Jo Eung Kang, Han Bada, and Go Cha Won. Therefore, internal conflict involves struggles that occur within the main character, while external conflict involves parties outside the main character.
