This research describes the influence of communication on excellent service at the Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra office, especially in the Community Development Center Division. Communication is a basic human activity, the quality of service created by a company based on the communication system implemented will greatly influence customer satisfaction. The reason why the researchers created this title was that there were problems in the communication system at the Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra office in the Community Development Center Division, which hampered excellent service. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through literature studies and field studies which include observation and distributing questionnaires via Google Form. This research was carried out using census techniques, and to determine the final results using a Pie Chart which was generated directly from Google Form. The research results show that there is a strong level of relationship between communication with employees and excellent service at the Telkom Regional 1 Sumatra office.
