    Abstract
The implementation of organizational culture is crucial in any organization. Work programs represent a cultural value within an organization, and their execution is mandatory for the organization's functionality. This research begins by understanding the perspectives and perceptions of participants in Bella Production agency regarding organizational culture to gain a clear picture of the organizational situation and its operations. Subsequently, the identification of tangible forms of organizational culture is conducted through existing indicators to understand what practices uphold a good and effective organization. Once the real forms are identified through the indicators, conclusions can be drawn about the execution of existing work programs. This qualitative research involves data collection through interviews to delve deeper into the implementation of organizational culture. The subjects of this study include the owner, models, and individuals associated with the agency. The findings indicate that the understanding of the existing organizational culture is not optimal, as evidenced by some members lacking comprehension and recognition of the organizational culture. This has repercussions on the fulfillment of organizational culture indicators and the tangible forms of organizational culture within the agency. Consequently, the impact is suboptimal, leading to hindrances and unfulfilled tasks. The study also reveals that the existing work programs are not executed, and there is no definite action to complete them due to the impact of the insufficient understanding of organizational culture. Overall, the research does not fully meet Schein's intended purpose of organizational culture, although organizational culture exists, it is not consciously practiced.
