Implementasi Metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) untuk Pemilihan Supplier Bahan Baku Konfeksi di CV. Adil Makmur Bersama
Abstract
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method of making decisions on the problem of determining the priority choice of various alternatives. The use of AHP starts with creating a hierarchical structure of the problem to be observed. Functional hierarchy and pair-wise comparison matrix is the main component in structure of AHP. Paired comparison matrices are used to form relationships within the hierarchical structure by determining the weight of each criterion through respondent interviews. The maximum eigenvalue and normalized eigenvector will be obtained from this matrix. In the process of determining hierarchical weighting factors and evaluation factors, a consistency test should be performed (CR <0.100). The results obtained from AHP analysis by taking a case study in CV. Adil Makmur Together in the selection of suppliers of raw materials is Agung Tex the first priority choice of respondents with a weight value of 0.3987 or 39.87%, Kirana Tex becomes the second priority with a weight value of 0.2802 or 28.02%, Adil Jaya becomes the third priority with a weight value of 0.1949 or 19.49%, Surya Jaya becomes the fourth priority with a value of 0.1261 or 12.61%.
