Abstract

A analyze the level of interest of the young generation of villages in oil palm entrepreneurship and analyze the factors that influence the level of interest of the young generation of villages in oil palm entrepreneurship in Desa Aek Tapa, Kecamatan Marbau, Kabupaten North Labuhanbatu. The data analysis method used is a multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 22 software tools. The results of this study show that the level of interest of the young generation of villages Oil palm in the study area falls into the very high category; Simultaneously the family environment, community environment, capital, education level influence the interest of the young generation of villages in oil palm entrepreneurship; Meanwhile, partially, the community's environment, capital, level of education and experience affect the interest of the young generation in oil palm entrepreneurship
