dc.description.abstractSales of coffee drinks in café businesses are generally used through direct sales (offline) and online through e-commerce applications. The aim of this research is to analyze the comparison of coffee drink sales volume between offline and online via e-commerce applications, production costs and business income. The population in this study were cafes around the University of North Sumatra campus. The samples were selected using the purposive sampling method and 30 samples were obtained. Research data is primary data. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and paired tests. The research results show that the offline sales volume of coffee drinks is higher than the online sales of coffee drinks via e commerce applications. The significance level is 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) which shows that there is a significant difference between the sales volume of coffee drinks, production costs and income in selling coffee drinks online via e-commerce and offlineen_US
