| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyze the effect of Inflation, Government Expenditure, and GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) Growth, both partially and simultaneously on Open Unemployment in Medan City. This research method uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS version 29 application. The research type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data that is not collected directly. The secondary data source in this study is from the Central Bureau of Statistic Medan City. This study uses secondary data in the form of quantitative numbers from the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Medan City in numbers, Internet browsing, previous research and published data. The data type is time series data. The data period used is annual from 1990 to 2022 (33 years). The results of the research partially show that the Inflation variable has a positive and significant effect and the GRDP Growth variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of open unemployment, while the Government Expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on open unemployment. Simultaneously, the variables Inflation, Government Expenditure, and GRDP Growth have a significant and significant effect on open unemployment in Medan City. | en_US |
