dc.description.abstractThis Final Project is a research that takes the Application of Excellent Service to Service User Satisfaction at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of North Sumatra. Excellent service is a form of service that is very satisfying for service recipients. The background of the researcher making this title is that there is a problem with service users who do not understand the duties and functions of custom so that it hinders the application of excellent service. The types of data sources use are primary data which is data obtained from the field in the form of interviews and questionnaires through google forms and secondary data which is data obtained from books or printed sources. The results showed the service users were satisfied with the implementation of Excellent Service at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of North Sumatra.en_US
