Abstract

A comfortable and complete office layout and facilities have a positive impact on employee performance, especially if the office space arrangement makes it easier for employees to work. If employees feel comfortable at work, then they will produce maximum performance for the company. This research aims to determine the influence of office layout and facilities on the performance of Medan City BKPSDM employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews with 10 including heads of fields in BKPSDM Medan City. The research results show that the Medan City BKPSDM should provide a room divider between the guest waiting room and the employee work room. For office facilities, Medan City BKPSDM should add a technology information system to support employee performance.
