dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the adaptation of Bank Mandiri employees amidst
the Covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, this study seeks to discuss how employees
adapt to their workplace environment which is related to work culture. Then how
employees adapt during the pandemic. Therefore, it is important to discuss this
study for the lives of the general public, especially Bank Mandiri employees. The
aim of this research is to reveal the various kinds of adaptations carried out by
Bank Mandiri employees.
The method used in this research is an ethnographic method, where the
ethnographic method is able to describe in detail all existing problems. Data
collection techniques carried out while in the field are observation, interviews,
documentation and literature studies related to research.
The results of the research are adaptation as a survival strategy carried
out by Bank Mandiri employees. It can be seen from the way they adapt to the
new situation implemented by Bank Mandiri, then the way they implement Bank
Mandiri's TIPCE culture and employee adaptation in facing the pandemic. This
certainly indicates that employees are trying their best to adapt to the environment
with the aim of being able to survive in facing any situation. | en_US |
