Abstract
Currently watering is done by plant owners still using the manual method, that is,
someone has to hold the hose while waiting and direct the water coming out of the
hose to the plants or use a container filled with water and then water them one by
one. as well as the fertilization, someone has to bring a container and spread it on
the plants. it makes a waste of energy and time. along with the development of the
technological era, plant maintenance systems can be carried out automatically and
can save time and energy and produce optimal harvests. Therefore, automatic sprinklers
and fertilizers were made. the goal is that this tool can help and make it easier
for plant owners to water and fertilize their plants. In addition, plants that need water
can be watered on time and without having to waste water. This tool aims to water
and provide fertilizer to plants automatically, and monitor plants from Android
using the LCD display. The watering process can be carried out if the soil moisture
sensor detects soil moisture less than > 50% then the 12 v DC pump turns on and if
the soil sensor detects more from <60% the pump is immediately off.
