Efektivitas Program Layanan Pascarehabilitasi Korban Penyalahgunaan Napza di Yayasan Medan Plus
Abstract
This writing originated from the researcher's interest in residents of substance
abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropic and Addictive Substances who underwent
rehabilitation treatment as the initial stage and posthabilitation treatment as an
advanced stage. In this paper, the researcher conducts research on the
Pascarehabilitation Program as a follow-up program for residents who have
completed the rehabilitation program. This program is run by one of the IPWLs in
Medan, namely the Medan Plus Foundation, with the aim of maintaining resident
recovery and preventing client reuse or relapse. Medan Plus Foundation provides
3 vocational post-rehabilitation programs. The author conducts research to see the
effectiveness of the Pascarehabilitation program that has been running. In this
research, the author uses a qualitative method by using 4 aspects of effectiveness
measurement theory according to Budiani, namely: Program Target Accuracy,
Program Socialization, Program Objectives, and Program Monitoring. The results
showed that the Pascarehabilitation Program has been effective in preventing client
reuse, it can be seen from residents who have carried out their social functioning
well and the client's lifestyle that is applied to clients while undergoing the
Pascarehabilitation program.
