Analisis Strategi dan Peranan Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Deli Serdang (BNNK) dalam Penanggulangan Masalah Narkoba di Kalangan Remaja
Abstract
Drug abuse is a serious problem experienced throughout the world because
it can damage the nation's morals. The problem of drug abuse does not only occur
in other countries, in Indonesia itself the problem of drug abuse is a national
problem that is widespread every year. For this reason, the government pays great
attention to handling drug abuse. The National Narcotics Agency of Deli Serdang
Regency (BNNK) has a very important role, which is expected to be able to tackle
the problem of narcotics because BNN is a government institution that is
specialized in handling the prevention and eradication of abuse and illicit
trafficking. drugs. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive format.
Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting observations,
interviews and documentation. The aim of this initial research was to find out the
strategies and roles carried out by the Deli Serdang BNNK in dealing with drug
problems among teenagers using Tjiptono's strategy theory and Soerjono
Soekanto's role theory. The results of this research indicate that the strategies and
roles carried out by BNNK Deli Serdang are in accordance with the theory and
aspects of the theory that have been used. There are several programs that the Deli
Serdang BNNK has to tackle the problem of narcotics among teenagers, namely:
the Shining School (Clean from Drugs) program, the Shining Village (Clean from
Drugs), routine SIL (Field Intervention Screening) and there is outpatient
rehabilitation at Deli Serdang BNNK Serdang.
