Rencana Pengembangan Potensi Wisata oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Toba

Abstract

Toba Regency is a district in North Sumatra and is one of the districts that surrounds Lake Toba. It has various types of tourist destinations, ranging from beaches, panoramic views over hills, and also artistic and cultural attractions of the original Toba Batak tribe. The aim of this research is to find out how the plans and strategies for developing tourism potential in Toba Regency are implemented by the Toba Regency Tourism and Culture Office. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method by conducting field observations to find out about plans and strategies for developing tourism potential in Toba Regency. And currently the tourism sector has a big influence on regional income and really helps the economy for the people of Toba Regency.
