Implementasi Alokasi Dana Desa Untuk Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Desa Kebet Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of village fund allocation in community empowerment in Kebet Village, Bebesen District, Central Aceh District. This study used descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, as well as data collection using primary data collection techniques and secondary data obtained from the field. The sampling technique was carried out using a Purpose Sample which is a sample determination based on a specific purpose, where the sample in this study consisted of village officials, traditional stakeholders and the community involved in allocating village funds. The research results explain that the implementation of village fund allocations seen from procurement, development, construction and maintenance has had an impact on community empowerment. This implementation has been carried out well, but there are several inhibiting factors in allocating village funds in Tebet Village, Bebesan District, Central Aceh District, such as uneven implementation and inadequate human resources.
