| dc.description.abstract | This research is to determine how much influence Bank Size (SIZE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Equity (ROE), Loan Growth (LOAN), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Ownership Concentration (KKB), and Income Diversification (DIV) either partially or simultaneously on the banks’ credit risk or Non Performing Loan (NPL) in Indonesia. Research type used is quantitive descriptive. That is a descriptive study with a quantitive approach. The population used in this study is the entire Banks in Indonesia amounting to 106 banks. Samples were selected using puposive sampling method amounted 14 Banks in Indonesia are consistenly publish annual report of banks during the period 2017 to 2022. The data collection is done by using secondary data such as bank’s annual report and financial statements of banks published. Data bank’s quarterly finance report and financial statements of banks published from 2017 to 2022. The results showed simultaneous independent variables Bank Size (SIZE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Equity (ROE), Loan Growth (LOAN), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), Ownership Concentration (KKB), and Income Diversification (DIV) of the dependent variable Non Performing Loan (NPL) showed that the simultaneous and significant influence. Partially known that Bank Size (SIZE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Income Diversification (DIV) independent variables has a positive ef ect and significant impact on Non Performing Loan (NPL). While the independent variables Return On Equity (ROE), Loan Growth (LOAN), and Ownership Concentration (KKB) has a negative ef ect and significant impact on Non Performing Loan (NPL) | en_US |
