Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Volume Ekspor Kopi Indonesia Ke Luar Negeri
Abstract
Global market competition encourages international trade. One of them is by
carrying out export activities, especially non-oil and gas exports, both goods and
services. Indonesia has superior commodities exported to foreign countries, one of
which is coffee. The fluctuating value of Indonesian coffee exports to the main
export destination countries is thought to be influenced by several factors. This
study aims to determine and analyze the effect of real GDP, rupiah exchange rate,
coffee prices, and population on the volume of demand for Indonesian coffee
exports. The focus of this study is on factors that affect the volume of demand for
Indonesian coffee exports to the main export destination countries, namely: the
United States, Germany, Malaysia, Italy and Japan. The type of data used in this
study is quantitative secondary data, which was collected using the literature study
method. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using
qualitative descriptive analysis and panel data regression analysis. Based on the
results of the study, a coefficient of Real GDP of 3.000633 was obtained with a
probability value of 0.0025, meaning that Real GDP has a positive and significant
effect on the volume of Indonesian coffee exports abroad. The main destination
country for Indonesian coffee exports with the highest Real GDP is the United
States. The value of the Exchange Rate coefficient is 1.865330 with a probability
value of 0.0256, meaning that the Exchange Rate has a positive and significant
effect on the volume of Indonesi3.an coffee exports abroad. The price coefficient
value is -0.025542 with a probability value of 0.0158, meaning that the price has a
negative and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian coffee exports abroad.
The population coefficient value is 3.400506 with a probability value of 0.0050,
meaning that the population has a positive and significant effect on the volume of
Indonesian coffee exports abroad. It can be concluded that Real GDP, Exchange
Rate, Price, and population have a significant effect simultaneously on the volume
of Indonesian coffee exports abroad.
