Abstract

The results Of the research show that there are several strategies for increasing fiareign investmer[t in Medan, rianely.. first, upgrading integration scheme Of the apstrean-downstream industry partnership in Medan City (0.415), second, preparing regional incentive facility policies through the establishmeat Of regional regulations (0.321), third, developing green investneut (green imestmerit) in the city Of Medan (0.136), and fourth, increasing information technology-based imriovation to support poter]±ial leading sectors (0.128)
