Analisis Tata Kelola Ruang dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau terhadap Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Kota Medan

Abstract

Spatial Management is one of the goals of every regional leader to increase the stability and mobility of comfort in an area, besides that the understanding of green open space is very closely related to a comfortable place to live and create a pollution-free atmosphere for every resident who is in a city. In the Environmental aspect, Spatial Management and Green Open Space are the main factors in creating comfort as stated in the vision and mission of Sustainable Development. This study aims to test whether the Spatial Governance and Green Open Space variables affect sustainable development. This research uses a Likert scale and this type of research is Quantitative Description using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that spatial governance has a positive and significant effect on Sustainable Development in Medan City. Green Open Spaces Have a Positive and Significant Influence on Sustainable Development in the City of Medan, and it was also found that Spatial Management and Green Open Spaces jointly affect sustainable development in the City of Medan
