The financial statements used are LRA from 2018 to 2022 and the official website https://djpk.kemenkeu.go.id/. The results of this study indicate that PAD has a positive effect on the poverty rate in the Highland Region Regency / City of North Sumatra Province, DAU has a negative effect on the poverty rate in the Highland Region Regency / City of North Sumatra Province, DAK has a negative effect on the poverty rate in the Highland Region Regency / City of North Sumatra Province, and SiLPA has a negative effect on the poverty rate in the Highland Region Regency / City of North Sumatra Province. The research results show that local original income is one of the factors that influences the level of poverty in the Highlands Regency/City Region of North Sumatra Province.
