Kegiatan Internal Public Relations untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja di Kantor Kementrian Agama Kristen PEMPROVSU
Abstract
This research is entitled: "Internal Public Relations Activities as an Effort to Improve
Work Productivity at the Office of the Ministry of Christian Religion of the
Government of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to find out
how internal activities in improving work productivity in the office of the Ministry of
Christian Religion of the Government of North Sumatra Province are influenced by
work supervision.The method used in this research is a qualitative research method
and is descriptive in nature where this research analyzes the ongoing process of a
social phenomenon and obtains a complete picture of the process. This research also
analyzes the meaning behind the information, data, and processes where a social
phenomenon occurs to describe the application of Internal Public Relations as an
Effort to Improve Work Productivity in the Office of the Ministry of Christian
Religion of the Government of North Sumatra Province.Data collection is carried out
to obtain the information needed in order to achieve the researcher's objectives. In
general, in communication research, data collection techniques include:
questionnaires, interviews, observations. The research results were obtained as
follows: First, there is a positive influence of team building on employee performance
activities in research conducted in an organization. Second, Successful organizations
need workers who perform internal activities more than regular job responsibilities
Third, Factors that form team building in improving performance are influenced by
Work Productivity.
