Strategi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Sawah Desa Punden Rejo Kec Tanjung Morawa
Abstract
The research was to find out and analyze the role of Village-Owned Enterprises
(BUMDes) in the development strategy of the Sawah Punden Rejo Tourism Village
in Tanjung Morawa District. The analytical method used by the author in this thesis
is qualitative and quantitative SWOT analysis. In the early stages of testing Swot
analysis and interviews. This is done because the data obtained in this study is
primary data through interviews and filling out questionnaires.
The research results show that Firstly, BUMDes do not play a significant role
in creating employment opportunities in Tanjung Morawa District because
BUMDes have not been optimally able to accelerate village economic and tourism
growth and village communities admit that there are still many people who have to
look for more qualified employment opportunities to support them in city.
It would be better for BUMDes to discuss tourism progress more with the
villages around Punden Rejo village so that tolerance and mutual progress in an
area can develop and be better. And secondly, Village-Owned Enterprises
(BUMDes) market existing tourism more through social media networks so that
many people know about these tourist attractions, and with this, people will be
helped in employment and the economy.
