    Abstract
In everyday life, there are values and norms that must be followed to achieve stability within a social system. However, there are individuals who form groups that violate the values and norms existing in the society. Motorcycle gangs violate the established values and norms in society, leading to instability in community safety and peace. This disruption results in the disturbance and violation of the existing societal values and norms. This research aims to examine the existence of motorcycle gang groups in Medan City that violate the values and norms present in everyday life. This study utilizes qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data was obtained through primary sources such as observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as secondary sources including books, journals, scholarly works, and news articles. The focus of this research is the M2S Motorcycle Gang (Manusia Manusia Simple). There were 8 informants in this study, including 4 active members of the M2S Motorcycle Gang, 2 former members, and 2 member of the Medan community. The results of the research show that members of the M2S Motorcycle Gang engage in social deviance through group deviant behaviors such as gang fights, vandalism, weapon usage, robbery, drug abuse, and trafficking. They also violate traffic regulations by convoying without adhering to traffic rules. Internal and external factors contribute to these social deviances, including the search for identity, lack of self-control, and peer influence from their social environment.
