This research aims to find out how effective the Productive Assistance Program (BPUM) is for MSMEs actors in improving family welfare in Sei Glugur village. The author uses effectiveness indicators according to Sutrisno to see how effective BPUM is in Sei Glugur. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that the five informants had met the indicators of being on target, on time and real change but had not met the indicators of understanding the program and also had not met the indicators of program achievement. Therefore, the author suggests that program organizers increase the socialization of a program that will be held and aid recipients to be more trustworthy in using aid funds.en_US
