Objek Wisata Aek Sipitu Dai sebagai Wisata Sejarah Dampaknya dalam Pendapatan Masyarakat Lokal

Abstract

The tourism sector will become one of the important economic activities in a country. Tourism is one sector that has an important role in economic growth in developing countries, including Indonesia. Tourism has the potential to create jobs and increase income for local communities, provided that local communities are involved in the development and management of Aek Sipitu Dai tourism. This research uses a qualitative approach, using primary data and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative. The results of this research are that the author knows the history, uniqueness of the pancur in Aek Sipitu Dai and its impact on local community income. So it can be used as a tourist attraction with high economic value to improve the economy of the people of Aek Sipitu Dai Village who were once farmers turned into traders.
