    Abstract
One of the causes of musculoskeletal disorders is having an ergonomic work posture. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are conditions that affect body tissues, such as muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, or spinal joints, and can cause pain, stiffness, numbness, tingling, and burning sensations in workers. The study focused on production workers at PT. Merapi Nusantara Utama who work with non-ergonomic postures such as standing, sitting, squatting, and bending. The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of working posture on musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. The entire population of 41 production workers was used as the sample, and the data were analyzed using a simple linear regression test with the bootstrap technique. The Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method was used to evaluate work posture, and skeletal muscle disorders (MSDs) were measured using SNI 9011:2021. The findings revealed that most production workers had high and very high risks (70.7%) due to their non-ergonomic work postures. The bivariate analysis demonstrated that there is a significant relationship between work posture and muscle disorders (p=0,000). Multivariate analysis has shown that work posture can have an impact of (62,2%) on musculoskeletal disorders (p=0.001). As a research suggestion, it is recommended to provide a ladder as an auxiliary tool in the process of pouring RCP concrete to enable workers to reach the concrete bucket without having to make sideways or twisting movements when striking the concrete bucket. The company is expected to pay attention to and evaluate the workers' working methods in terms of posture, as well as implement a workplace muscle stretching program after a 10-15 minute briefing.
