Bauran Promosi Harris Resort Barelang dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Kunjungan Tamu
Abstract
This research was conducted to find out: (1) to analyze the promotion mix at HARRIS Ressort Barelang (2) to find out the promotion mix made in the number of guest visits to HARRIS Ressort Barelang. (3) to determine the effect of the promotional mix in increasing the number of visitors at HARRIS Resort Barelang. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Namely by analyzing HARRIS Resort Barelang, Batam City. The data obtained came from field notes, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that (1) the promotion mix implemented at HARRIS Ressort Barelang is advertising using signboard media and via the internet hotel booking applications, personal selling relationships and direct marketing.
