    Abstract
One of the problems faced in health development today is the shift in disease patterns which were originally dominated by infectious diseases or communicable diseases to switch to non-communicable diseases (PTM). The significant increase in PTM cases is not only experienced by Indonesia but in the world, so that PTM control is one of the important points in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Posbindu PTM is a form of Public Health Efforts (UKM) that are oriented towards promotive and preventive efforts in controlling Non-Communicable Diseases (PTM) by involving the role of the community, starting from planning, implementing and monitoring and evaluating. Based on data from the Medan City Health Office for 2022, the distribution of PTM Posbindu for the Medan City area is 147 Posbindu spread across 41 working areas of the puskesmas, one of which is the Tuntungan Health Center. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the utilization of Posbindu PTM in the working area of the Tuntungan Health Center, Medan City in 2022. The method used is observational analytic with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p=0.002), access, health status, family support, and support from health cadres (p=0.0001) and the utilization of Posbindu PTM, while there was no relationship between work ( p=0.126) with the utilization of Posbindu PTM. From the results of the study, it was obtained an overview of the utilization of Posbindu PTM in the working area of the Tuntungan Health Center, Medan City in 2022, which is still relatively low, namely only 46%. It is hoped that health cadres can collaborate with puskesmas officers to invite the community to use Posbindu PTM.
