In teaching and learning activities at elementary school age is the age where they really need general knowledge useful to increase their insight and curiosity. One of them is the introduction of underwater animals. This learning still uses textbook media by explaining the material that is described in the book and some also use teaching aids, but the teaching aids themselves are very limited in number, moreover the teacher has difficulty preparing and bringing teaching aids in a learning system. Where it should be for children aged 6 to 11 years, teachers are expected to provide learning that is not boring, concise, interactive and interesting so that the material presented can be well received by children. With current technological advances, we can directly bring in animals that are on the surface of the sea, as well as those in the depths of the sea. Virtual Reality (VR) is an example of progress in the field of information technology that can be used as an alternative in delivering messages or education. VR is a simulation of the real world into the virtual world which makes the atmosphere 3D and makes us feel like we are in the sea so we can interact by seeing, hearing and feeling the sensations that are happening. It is hoped that after the application with VR will make educational games interesting and interactive. After testing with usability testing and obtaining the percentage of assessment, namely learnability of 88.25%, memorability of 83.25%, efficiency of 84%, statistics of 86.8%.
